Legal Analysts Wanted!
Job description:
A Legal Analyst is responsible in writing legal analyses of recent laws and regulations, in the area of General Corporate, Financial Services, Manufacturing & Industry, Oil & Gas, Telecommunication & Media, and also Corporate Litigation.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Writing legal analysis in the form of Indonesian Legal Brief (ILB), which is a 1-2 pages brief description of recently issued laws and regulations that must be produced daily.
- Writing Indonesian Law Digest (ILD), which is a 5-8 pages of comprehensive analysis of recent laws or regulations, produced weekly.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor degree in law (S.H.)
- Must have a two years experience as a lawyer or a journalist. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must have superb writing skills, and a comprehensive knowledge of general corporate law in Indonesia.
- High degree of professionalism, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, and internet.
- Reliability in meeting deadlines
